I have lived and worked on the North Shore of Long island my entire life. I love this area with its beaches, farms, arboretums, open spaces, magnificent trees, regal estates, and its incorporated villages with high residential zoning. Our area has been protected from mass developments by local governments and organizations such as the North Shore Land Alliance with the idea of maintaining a high standard that affords our residents a private, understated lifestyle unknown to most.
I have worked in every aspect of the luxury residential real estate world during my career, ranging from salesperson to broker to owning and managing Piping Rock Associates, an extremely successful and highly respected local firm for over forty years. I have assisted clients in navigating the complex process of real estate through many financial upheavals including 9/11, the Great Recession, Hurricane Sandy and now the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Being as locally involved as I am, my competence, experience, and innate ability to adapt to the massive changes necessary to remain relevant in today’s real estate market are my penultimate professional attributes.
